SkyBazaar

The onboard sales platform built for airline cabin crew.

SkyBazaar is a tablet-based point-of-sale system designed from the ground up for commercial airline cabin crew. From the moment a flight is set up to the final trolley count at the gate, every step of the onboard sales process is covered: no paper, no spreadsheets, no guesswork.

Built as a Progressive Web App (PWA), SkyBazaar installs directly on any iPad or Android tablet from a browser link: no app store, no MDM, no IT department. It works fully offline during the flight and syncs when connectivity is restored.

  • Purpose-built for aviation
  • Works offline on any tablet
  • Ready in 30 minutes

Onboard sales are still running on paper.

  • Crew write orders on paper forms that get lost, misread, or left behind
  • Cash counts at the end of a flight take 20 to 40 minutes with no systematic overview
  • No visibility on what sells well across routes, so every flight starts from scratch
  • Multiple devices used on the same flight have no way to share or reconcile data
  • Reports are compiled manually in spreadsheets long after landing

SkyBazaar digitises the entire onboard sales workflow.

  • Visual seat map: tap the seat, add items, confirm payment in under 10 seconds
  • Cash and card tracked separately, with no reconciliation guesswork at the gate
  • Trolley count screen at close of flight: loaded vs sold vs remaining, with discrepancy alerts
  • Cross-device top sellers: every sale on every flight builds a live ranking
  • One-tap PDF, CSV and email report generated before the aircraft doors open

From briefing room to gate: a five-step flight.

  1. Flight setup

The SCCM logs in and configures the flight: date, route, aircraft, crew. Registration auto-fills the aircraft type from your fleet.

  2. Inventory setup

Enter the opening stock count per item and confirm sale prices. Takes under two minutes from the trolley manifest.

  3. In-flight sales

The seat map opens on launch. Tap a seat, add items, choose Cash or Card, confirm. Each order is logged with time and seat number.

  4. Close flight

The trolley count screen compares loaded vs sold. Enter actual counts to spot any discrepancy. Designate the CCM counting cash.

  5. Report and handover

One-tap report: PDF for records, CSV for finance, email to base. The SCCM approves with a digital signature. Done at the gate.
